When Will My Order Be Delivered
Items will be dispatched within 3 days, however, large personalised orders can take additional days to prepare.
The majority of orders are sent using DPD which delivers Monday – Friday.
DPD Predict & Delivery Tracking
So that you don’t have to wait around all day, DPD uses an innovative predict service that will inform you of your one-hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email.
The DPD tracking service also allows parcel recipients to track their delivery in real-time using DPD’s live-tracking map.
If your delivery window is unsuitable, DPD provides a number of possible solutions:
- Switch to a different delivery date
- Deliver to a nominated neighbour
- Leave the parcel in a specified safe place
- Have the parcel delivered to a local DPD pickup shop
- For an additional charge, upgrade your delivery to an earlier delivery slot or even move to it to a Saturday or Sunday
Mainland Europe Delivery Charges
SWAZ Limited deliver to Mainland Europe on a case by case basis and delivery charges will be quoted for individually. Please get in contact with us via email or phone if you’d like to discuss delivery to mainland Europe.
Can I track my order?
Tracking numbers are not provided with your orders. However, if a mobile phone number is provided, DPD may text you on the day of delivery with a one-hour time slot.
Will I need to sign for my order?
DPD require a signature on delivery of your order. If you are not in and no alternative delivery option has been chosen, they will leave a note and try to leave the order with a neighbour.
Specific Order Instructions
If you have any specific order instructions, such as who to leave the parcel with or a preferred delivery date, please include them in the ‘order notes’ area at the checkout. It is not always possible to accommodate instructions provided, but we’ll do our best meet them when possible.

Cheques must be provided along with a cheque card number on the reverse and orders will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. Please allow 3-5 days for the cheque clear. To avoid potential confusion, we recommend you print out a copy of your order confirmation and post it along with the cheque to; SWAZ Limited, Unit 4, Derriford Business Park, Brest Road, Plymouth, PL6 5QZ
Please do not send cash through the post
Orders can be placed over the phone, however, no payment can be taken. Payment options can be discussed during the course of the call. BACS payments are accepted.
